Daily checking and maintaining record of Medical Equipments
Passing information to consultant doctors regarding patient consultations
Medicine replacement and record maintenance
If the patient leaves the hospital from ICU, case sheet of that patient should be sent to MRD And in case of death information should be given to Laisoning personBill Clearance and follow up for shifting the patient from ICU to general ward and to surgery
Should be responsible in duty
Ensure standard of care is maintained and patients are nursed in a clean, orderly and safe environment
See that Case sheet is filled completely and maintained properlyNurses notes, Doctors notes, Investigation chart, Transfers in/out (date and time),
PAC Form follow up, medicine checklist should be clear
Should see that each staff is responsible in duty and punctual
Proper communication should be maintained between the staff
Monitoring Staff attendance and duties adjustment.
