Intensive Care Unit Nurse

Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients, including those on life support or with unstable conditions. Monitor and interpret patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition promptly. Administer medications, intravenous therapy, and advanced life support procedures. Operate and monitor sophisticated ICU equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and cardiac monitors. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Document patient information, treatment plans, and responses accurately in medical records. Educate and support patients’ families regarding patient conditions, treatments, and care plans. Follow all hospital policies and safety procedures, including infection control standards. Respond to medical emergencies and perform life-saving procedures when required. Participate in shift handovers and communicate effectively with incoming nursing staff. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Rotational shift Work Location: In person
