Job Description

Role Overview: As an Integration with ServiceNow CSM Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow CSM and third-party systems such as CRM, ERP, CTI, email, and cloud platforms. Your role will involve implementing IntegrationHub Spokes, Flow Designer, and custom REST/SOAP APIs for CSM use cases. Additionally, you will collaborate with ServiceNow architects, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into integration solutions. It will be your duty to ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of integration solutions. Troubleshooting integration issues, performing root cause analysis, and resolution will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be leveraging MID Servers for on-premise integrations as necessary and developing integration documentation, best practices, and reusable components. Compliance with ServiceNow and enterprise security and data policies will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Implementing IntegrationHub Spokes, Flow Designer, and custom REST/SOAP APIs for CSM use cases. - Collaborating with ServiceNow architects, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into integration solutions. - Ensuring the performance, scalability, and reliability of integration solutions. - Implementing and supporting case management, entitlements, account/consumer management, and OMNI-channel integration within CSM. - Troubleshooting integration issues, performing root cause analysis, and resolution. - Leveraging MID Servers for on-premise integrations as necessary. - Developing integration documentation, best practices, and reusable components. - Ensuring compliance with ServiceNow and enterprise security and data policies. Qualifications Required: - 6 to 10 years of experience in CSM + Integration. - Experience in working with ServiceNow CSM and integrating it with various third-party systems. - Proficiency in IntegrationHub Spokes, Flow Designer, and developing custom REST/SOAP APIs. - Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to perform root cause analysis. - Familiarity with MID Servers for on-premise integrations. - Knowledge of developing integration documentation and best practices. - Understanding of ServiceNow and enterprise security and data policies.,
