Integration Operations Director

Role Overview: You will be the Integration Operations Leader responsible for leading the SAP Integration Operations team that supports Critical Integration platforms including SAP PO, SAP IS, and others. Your role will involve being a part of the P&G EAI platform operations & product team, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth technical platform operations for SAP Integration Suite, including SAP BTP and SAP IS integration Cell hosted on Azure/Kubernetes. Your expertise in SAP Integration and proficiency in running platform operations/engineering for SAP integration will be key in this hands-on technical operation role. Key aspects of ITIL, SRE, and DevOps will be within the scope of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead SAP Operations as part of the Global Integration core team - Collaborate with suppliers to deliver SAP Integration operations processes, including incident, request, problem, and change management, supplier governance, financial management, controls & compliance - Participate in Global SAP Integration projects, including migrations and new implementations - Take on the role of P&G owner for platform changes, IAM tasks, and recurring activities such as DR drills - Manage Operations and Engineering for SAP integration Suite, including API, orchestration, messaging, B2B - Oversee the technical operations execution of integration projects - Ensure operational excellence of EAI integration middleware platform in a multi-vendor setup and globally distributed environment - Monitor supplier performance against SLAs and contractual commitments, and drive continuous improvements - Handle escalation management, coordinate with internal and external parties, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions after critical incidents - Promote the adoption of SRE concepts such as automation, monitoring/observability, and eliminating toil - Collaborate with various teams to deliver Integration Solutions at Enterprise Scale Qualifications Required: - IT professional with relevant experience in SAP Integration operations - Proficiency in ITIL processes and experience in incident, request, problem, and change management - Strong knowledge of SAP Integration Suite, including API, orchestration, messaging, B2B - Experience in working with multi-vendor environments and globally distributed teams - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to drive continuous improvements and operational excellence - Familiarity with SRE concepts and practices Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description.,
