Integration- Node js_ Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure integration and API solutions using node.js


• Work closely with the client and development team to ensure that integration and API solutions are built using industry best practices.


• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all integration solutions.


• Collaborate with other architects and developers to ensure that integration solutions are consistent with industry leading practices.


• Ensure the services deployed in platform are designed as per platform best practices.


• Perform code reviews of the services and modules to be deployed in platform.


• Train and on-board new delivery teams on to the platform.


• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience, with at least 4 years of experience as an Enterprise Application Integration Architect.


• Minimum 6+ years of experience working with NodeJS (backend / Microservices).


• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and integration patterns


• Some experience with API gateway technologies such as Kong, Apigee, etc.


• Familiar with one of the hyper-scaler platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.


• Familiar with DevOps practices and tools such as ADO, Jenkins, Git, and Ansible.


• Exposure to containerization environment such as docker, Kubernetes.


• Strong understanding of security best practices and experience implementing security solutions.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
