• We are seeking a highly skilled Integration CAD Engineer to join our Sustenance Engineering team. The role involves supporting and maintaining varied product lines including vehicle integration, battery systems, chargers, and connectors.
• The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in CAD design, BOM management, and PLM tools, with a keen eye for
• detail in handling engineering changes, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product structures, assemblies, and Bill of Materials (BOMs) using SolidWorks & Teamcenter PLM.
• Create, modify, and maintain 3D models and 2D drawings with adherence to company standards.
• Drive ECR/ECN (Engineering Change Request/Notice) processes, ensuring proper tracking and timely execution of changes..
• Develop and maintain part and fastener libraries to standardize usage across projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain) to resolve product issues and implement engineering changes.
• Support troubleshooting and provide design solutions for product improvements in the sustenance phase.
• Prepare clear technical documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively through professional email writing and stakeholder updates.Qualifications & Skills

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in SolidWorks (3D CAD modeling, assemblies, drawings).
• Hands-on experience with Teamcenter PLM (BOM management, workfiows, revision control).
• Strong understanding of ECR/ECN processes and documentation standards.
• Experience with part/fastener libraries and design standardization.
• Knowledge of vehicle integration, battery packs, charger systems, and connectors.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and email writing skills for cross functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to mechanical sustenance engineering and cross-functional support.
• Knowledge of GD&T and industry drafting standards.
• Experience in the automotive, battery, or electronics industries.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and DFM (Design for Manufacturing).
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or related discipline.
• 46 years of experience as a CAD Engineer / Integration Engineer or in a similar role in automotive/EV or related industries
