About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Integration Engineer to join our team . This

role bridges the gap between our innovative AI solutions and our clients' needs. You'll

be responsible for deploying and customizing our AI agents and systems for

businesses, using our internal no-code tools and script-writing platforms. This is an

excellent opportunity for someone with strong problem-solving skills and a knack for

technology to make a significant impact in a growing field.

This is a WFO Role in Bengaluru, KA.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of AI, chatbots, and NLP concepts.
  • Familiarity with no-code platforms or visual programming tools.
  • Customer-facing experience or aptitude for client interactions.
  • Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM systems or customer support tools.
  • Basic knowledge of programming concepts (any language).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Understanding of APIs and how different systems integrate.
  • Experience in a customer success or sales engineering role.

What You'll Do

  • Deploy and customize AI agents and system workflows for clients using our internal no code/script-writing tools.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and configure our AI solutions accordingly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring smooth operation of deployed AI systems.
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback on tool improvements and feature requests.
  • Create and maintain documentation for deployment processes and client-specific configurations.
  • Provide training and support to clients on how to use and maintain their AI solutions.
  • Stay updated on our product offerings and AI industry trends to better serve clients.
  • Participate in client meetings to discuss technical aspects of our solutions and assist in pre-sales activities when needed.
