Project Role : Integration Engineer Project Role Description : Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements. Must have skills : Workday Core Integrations Good to have skills : Workday Data Mapping & Conversions Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Need Workday Data mapping experienced and certified resource Summary :As an Integration Engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. You will understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions, drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs, and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements. Your typical day will involve providing consultative services, understanding customer needs, driving discussions, and ensuring the implementation of effective solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Contribute to the development and implementation of integration architecture blueprint and design solutions Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications Design and develop integration solutions using Workday Core Integrations Ensure the integration solutions meet the business requirements and adhere to best practices Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations, Integration Architecture Blueprint & Design Solutions Strong understanding of integration architecture principles and best practices Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using Workday Core Integrations Knowledge of various integration patterns and technologies Experience with API management platforms and tools Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations This position is based at our Bengaluru office Must have relevant delivery experience as Delivery Manager Mandatory to have related Certifications Qualifications Need Workday Data mapping experienced and certified resource
