Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements. You will understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions, drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs, and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients to identify integration requirements, designing and implementing seamless integrations, and optimizing HR and business processes. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Collaborate with clients to identify integration requirements. Design and implement seamless integrations to optimize HR and business processes. Provide consultative services on transformation, the customer journey, and functional/application designs. Ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements. Continuously improve integration processes and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations. Strong understanding of system integration concepts and methodologies. Experience with designing and implementing complex integrations. Knowledge of Workday integration tools and technologies. Experience with data mapping and transformation. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Workday Studio or EIB. Familiarity with REST and SOAP web services. Experience with API development and integration testing. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. An Experienced Workday Integration Consultant adept at designing and implementing seamless integrations to optimize HR and business processes is required. Preferred to have workday related certifications.
