As an MSD CRM Technical Senior, your primary job purpose is to be a D365 CRM Architect with deep hands-on knowledge of D365 CRM Configuration and customization within multiple CRM modules such as Sales, Service, and Marketing. Your responsibilities will include working on CRM engagements to design the next generation digital architecture, participating in the analysis and design phases of a project, collaborating with client teams to understand business requirements, translating requirements into solutions, executing application design sessions, providing solution recommendations, and ensuring that the design aligns with business requirements. You will also need to have a deep understanding of Integration & Data Migration methods/tools within D365 CRM, configuring and customizing the CRM application, developing CRM applications using .NetPlugins/ASP.Net extensions, and working cooperatively in a team environment while remaining flexible on changing workloads. In terms of your people responsibilities, you will be expected to build a quality culture, foster teamwork, lead by example, train and mentor project resources, and participate in organization-wide people initiatives. Key skills required for this role include a minimum of 4+ years of CRM Configuration & Customization experience, hands-on development experience in writing plugins, working on large transformation programs in an onshore offshore delivery model, engaging in client-facing engagements, design and coding experience in skills such as Visual Studio, C#, and IIS-Dynamics CRM, experience in agile delivery and deployment, continuous integration and build processes, familiarity with relational database concepts and SQL, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, a BE/B.Tech./MCA/MBA with a sound industry experience of 8+ years is preferred. Preferred skills for this role include CRM Configuration & Customization (Plugins etc) and being D365 CRM Certified.
