Job Description: As the Integration Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of the integration of the Workfront platform, including any new developments or customizations required for various markets. Your role will involve creating roadmaps and high-level dependencies to explore all relevant options for time, cost, and compliance with the company's standards, policies, and practices while meeting business requirements. You will act as the bridge between business and technology stakeholders, ensuring a pragmatic delivery lens to achieve achievable technology implementation that drives maximum value for the business against investment. Key responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with all governance and due diligence applicable to the solution, maintaining compliance across platform designs. - Review solutions against architectural principles and technology blueprint, assessing the impact of non-compliance to provide pragmatic outcomes. - Collaborate with individual platform architects on integration patterns and capabilities to allocate system needs to the right systems effectively. - Capture important decisions and their rationale, ensuring visible technology risk is accepted and managed. - Develop high-level design documentation to bridge platform and infrastructure teams, supporting the iteration of detailed designs. - Create current and target state architecture models for integrations across the global business platforms estate, incorporating input from all regions and geographies. - Promote the use of shared enterprise technology assets to accelerate time to value and reduce costs and organizational complexity. - Prevent unknowingly duplicated functionality or divergence from enterprise technology strategic direction within domains/projects. - Provide architectural guidance and expertise to regional technology teams integrating into the platform. - Ensure all integrations are appropriately documented, up-to-date, and accessible, overseeing documentation of data flows, interface specifications, and system dependencies for continuity, supportability, and compliance. Professional Knowledge/Skills: - 12+ years of total experience in business analysis, development, and integration architecture. - Proficient in working within a complex matrixed, international, and cross-cultural organization. - Broad technical expertise with strong leadership and communication skills to drive innovation and change. - Experience in delivering enterprise and integration architectures, translating business vision into deliverable programs of work and integration flows. - Strong experience in integrating platforms such as Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / PSA, Salesforce, Workday, and Workfront. - 5+ years of experience with middlewares like Snaplogic, Dell Boomi, or Biztalk. - Extensive experience in integration and data architecture, particularly enterprise application integration. - Proficiency in various software designs, languages, and integration architecture design implementation. - Strong problem-solving skills, understanding of business processes, and design engineering principles. - Knowledge of analytical skills and techniques, development, testing, and delivery methodologies to ensure cohesive delivery approach across platforms.
