Job Description

Primary Skills:

Apigee Hybrid
SRE- Support, Monitoring, Troubleshooting
Middleware support
Knowledge of Kubernetes (AKS, OpenShift)
Location - Pune

Key asks for the role:

This is a Support Engineertype role. We need candidates with at least some experience in Apigee Hybrid. (APIGEE Edge doesnt run on Kuberentes hence,APIGEE Hybrid is required)
In addition, candidates should have experience in SRE-related tasks, such as monitoring the health of applications/platform-like pods are up and running? (using tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, Prometheus, or Grafana), performing L2 troubleshooting, and fixing issues.
Experience with middleware support-Experience in supporting API management platform
Understanding of the underlying principles of Kubernetes.
