Integrated Logistics Excellence Manager - Performance (Operations & Security)

Role Overview: When you work in Freight Logistics and Operations at Kuehne+Nagel, you play a key role in optimising processes and ensuring that inventory and shipments move efficiently. Your work also contributes to ensuring that vital medicines reach patients on time and supports other essential deliveries, from wind turbines to semiconductors. You will have ownership of global operational processes, ensuring compliance with agreed procedures, SOPs, and performance targets. Your expertise and collaboration with various teams will create value for customers through operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain SOPs aligned with customer and business requirements - Onboard global operational teams to processes and system configurations - Deliver Control Tower services per SLA, SOP, and new business requirements - Build collaboration between business management and operations for excellence - Drive process standardization and productivity improvements with stakeholders - Plan global Control Tower resources based on forecast and seasonality - Conduct regular performance reviews and prepare operational steering committee meetings Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in all transportation modes - Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations - Expertise in supply chain optimization and operational performance improvement - Strong background in risk management and emergency handling - Experience in cross-regional or global collaboration in a multinational environment Additional Company Details (if present): At Kuehne+Nagel, you'll be part of a global logistics leader that focuses on creating impact on business, customers, and careers.
