Role Description

The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models, preparing architectural and landscape drawings, construction drawings, and submittals. Daily tasks will include collaboration with various AEC professionals, ensuring seamless coordination across projects, and utilizing BIM for efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Architecture and Architectural Drawings skills
  • landscape and landscape drawings skills
  • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
  • Experience in creating Construction Drawings and Submittals
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work on hybrid setup: in-office and remote
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Experience in the AEC industry is an advantage
