Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Insurance Trainer to join our team in Noida Sector 15. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the insurance sector and strong training delivery skills. You will be responsible for equipping new hires and existing employees with the knowledge and skills required to perform effectively in insurance sales, claims processing, or customer service roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on insurance products, sales techniques, and regulatory guidelines (IRDAI).
• Develop and deliver onboarding and refresher training for new and existing employees.
• Create training materials, presentations, and assessments tailored to business needs.
• Monitor training effectiveness through tests, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Stay updated on the latest insurance industry trends, compliance changes, and best practices.
• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule and manage training programs.
• Provide coaching and support to enhance employees' insurance knowledge and communication skills.
