Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:
Drive the sales of SBI Life insurance products by identifying and engaging potential clients.
Meet sales targets by converting leads into actual sales, ensuring a steady flow of new business.
Conduct product presentations and explain policy features, benefits, and coverage options to clients.
Prospect and build relationships with new customers through networking, referrals, and market research.
Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to existing customers based on their needs.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing support and resolving queries as needed.
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and promote renewals.
Ensure that clients receive excellent customer service by assisting them with claims and policy changes.
Provide post-sale support, including policy updates and answering customer inquiries about coverage.
Reporting & Documentation:
Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and policy renewals in the CRM system.
Submit regular sales reports and updates to the team leader or branch manager.
Ensure all documentation and forms are accurately completed and submitted as per the company's compliance guidelines.
Market Research & Networking:
Stay updated on the latest trends in the insurance market and competitor offerings.
Network and build relationships with potential clients and business partners in the local market.
Actively seek out new business opportunities through referrals, digital marketing, and cold calling.
