• Recruit, train & activate

  20+ Life Insurance Agents

• Drive

  Agency Channel sales

  across Cuttack
• Achieve monthly

  insurance business targets

• Support agents in field visits & customer meetings
• Build long-term customer & agent relationships
• Monitor agent performance & ensure high productivity
• Generate leads through local market activities

Eligibility:

• Experience:

  3–5+ years in

  Life Insurance Sales

• Mandatory experience in the

  Agency Channel / Agency Recruitment

• Ability to hire, activate & manage agents
• Good stability in previous roles
• Strong communication & field sales skills
