Insurance Sales Executive

As an Insurance Sales Junior Executive, your main role will involve promoting and selling insurance products to potential clients. Your tasks will include supporting senior executives, understanding client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and maintain internal and/or external sales strategies and processes to maximize the organization's profit potential. - Achieve sales targets and promote the organization's products and services to both new and existing clients. - Ensure all clients are satisfied, and the quality of services provided meets or exceeds customer expectations. - Regularly liaise with clients to understand their needs, address complaints, develop new business, and deliver value. - Review current and potential client accounts to identify business opportunities, analyze them, and drive sales growth. - Handle internal and client inquiries and complaints, and research and develop new sales opportunities or markets. - Adhere to information security guidelines to maintain data security. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in sales or customer service roles would be advantageous. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. - Good organizational and time management skills. - Knowledge of insurance products and industry trends would be a plus.
