Role Description

This is an on-site Insurance Partner role located in Dehra Dun. The Insurance Partner will be responsible for assisting clients in identifying and selecting the best insurance policies, providing expert advice on insurance and finance-related matters, and facilitating the completion of insurance policy documentation. The role requires offering exceptional customer service, building long-lasting relationships with clients, and maintaining accurate records of transactions and client interactions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance, Insurance Brokerage, and Finance
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate documentation
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build and sustain client relationships
• Knowledge of insurance products and services is advantageous
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in insurance-related processes
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in finance or related fields is a plus
