Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated freshers to join our growing insurance team in Navi Mumbai. As an Insurance Officer, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their insurance needs, explaining policy details, and helping them make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell insurance policies (life, health, general) to potential clients
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable insurance plans
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups
• Meet sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Participate in training sessions to understand products and improve sales techniques

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the insurance industry
• Good presentation and convincing skills
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Navi Mumbai
• Basic knowledge of MS Office is a plus
