Insurance Coordinator

As a GSS Coordinator in North America at our Vikhroli location, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting an international Insurance service team. Your tasks will include revenue allocations, service support, and coordination with an international network of brokers. You will work in a hybrid mode from 1.30 pm to 10.30 pm, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy in all tasks. Your primary duties will involve working on Excel and Word documents for data gathering, coordinating tasks with your international counterpart, and escalating errors and breaches to the Lead. It is crucial to consistently meet service levels agreed upon with relevant parties and promptly identify any anomalies. Effective communication via emails and phone calls in a professional manner is essential. Additionally, you will manage databases accurately, participate actively in team huddles and stakeholder discussions, and engage in all interactions with diligence. To excel in this role, you should hold a Graduation degree and possess excellent written and spoken English skills. Attention to detail, the ability to prioritize and organize tasks within tight timelines, and multitasking capabilities are key requirements. You must be adaptable to changing demands, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines effectively. Being a quick learner, a team player, and proficient in comprehension is essential. Intermediate proficiency in MS-Office Suite, particularly MS Word and MS Excel, is required to perform your duties efficiently.
