Job Description

You are required to join our Hospital Insurance Team and play a crucial role in coordinating with patients, insurance companies, and internal departments to ensure seamless processing of insurance claims and approvals. - Collect and verify insurance documents from patients during admission. - Coordinate with TPA (Third Party Administrator) and insurance companies for pre-authorization and final approval. - Submit necessary medical documents and discharge summaries for claim processing. - Maintain accurate records of insurance cases and regularly update claim status. - Assist patients and their families with insurance-related queries. - Follow up on pending approvals or claim rejections with relevant departments. - Ensure compliance with hospital and insurance policies. - Basic knowledge of hospital procedures and insurance workflow - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office and data entry - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to work in shifts if required,
