Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Coordinator located in Kasaragod. The Insurance Coordinator will be responsible for managing and processing insurance claims, providing customer service related to health insurance, and maintaining communication with patients and insurance providers. Day-to-day tasks include verifying patient insurance coverage, handling insurance documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate claim submissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Insurance and Health Insurance
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Knowledge of Insurance Claims processes
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
