Role Overview: You will be joining a dynamic team at Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance (SUD Life) as an Agency Team Leader / Insurance Consultant based in Kolkata. In this part-time role, you will lead a team to meet sales targets, offer guidance and support to team members, devise strategic plans for business growth, and ensure seamless communication within the team and with clients. Your daily responsibilities will include analyzing team performance, motivating and mentoring team members, and formulating strategies to enhance customer service and achieve organizational objectives.
