Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolhapur for an Insurance Consultant. The Insurance Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on insurance options, providing financial guidance, maintaining records of policies, and assisting customers in selecting policies that meet their specific needs. They will also ensure a high level of customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues related to insurance claims or policies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Insurance and Finance
• Proficiency in Consulting to assess and address client needs effectively
• Excellent Customer Service skills to handle client inquiries and ensure satisfaction
• Outstanding Communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain complex information in a clear manner
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications in Insurance or Finance would be advantageous
