Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Consultant located in Puruliya. The Insurance Consultant will be responsible for identifying client needs, providing expert advice on life insurance and investment products, and offering tailored financial solutions. The day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer relationships, analyzing financial situations, assisting with policy selection, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and long-term client partnerships. Additional duties may include developing client portfolios and promoting financial literacy.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Insurance and Finance with specialization in creating tailored solutions for clients.
• Consulting and Customer Service skills to build strong relationships and provide the best experience.
• Strong Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
• Proven ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant experience in the financial or insurance industry is highly advantageous.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
