Insurance Claims and Endorsements Specialist

As a US Trucking Insurance Claims and Endorsements Specialist, your role is crucial in managing policy changes and assisting clients with commercial trucking insurance claims. Your strong knowledge of trucking insurance products and excellent communication skills will be essential in this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - Process and manage policy endorsements like adding/removing vehicles, drivers, or adjusting coverage limits. - Guide clients through the claims process from initial report to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate handling. - Communicate with carriers, adjusters, and clients to gather documentation and provide updates on claims status. - Review and verify Certificate of Insurance (COI) requests and issue them accurately. - Ensure compliance with FMCSA and state-specific trucking insurance requirements. - Maintain detailed records of all policy changes and claims activity in CRM or agency management systems. - Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with insureds. **Qualifications:** - 2+ years of experience in commercial trucking insurance servicing, claims, or endorsements. - Strong knowledge of commercial auto insurance policies, including cargo, liability, physical damage, and endorsements. - Familiarity with insurance carrier portals and claims systems. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests efficiently.
