What is the Company solving?

• Today, an individual faces the problem of managing her/his finances optimally. An individual today has two options, either to be highly educated about personal finances and opt for the DIY mode or approach distributors who are there to make a product sale and not advise an individual holistically.
• As much as every piece about personal finance is interrelated, the current solutions are pretty ad-hoc and don’t do the job optimally for the individual.
• At The Financialist, we are solving this problem statement for Indians and are a one stop solution to manage their finances holistically in the most unbiased manner.

Role : Insurance Associate

Key Responsibilities

• MIS & Reporting: Prepare, maintain, and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports for insurance business performance.
• Policy Renewals: Track and manage timely renewals for various insurance products, ensuring seamless customer experience.
• Product Analysis: Evaluate and compare different insurance products (Term, Health, Travel, Motor, etc.) to identify the most suitable options for clients.
• Quotations & Proposals: Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and comparisons for clients.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, product features, and regulatory changes to provide insights.
• Client Support: Coordinate with clients for documentation, queries, and service requests related to insurance policies.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with wealth advisors and relationship managers to provide insurance solutions as part of holistic financial planning.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for MIS and reporting.
• Good knowledge of insurance products across life, health, motor, and travel segments.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirement

• Graduate in Insurance, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• Ideal for candidates with early-career (Freshers are preferred or maximum 1 year experience).
• Insurance certifications (like Licentiate or other IRDAI certifications) will be an added advantage.
• Candidate based in western line (Mumbai) would be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
