What are we looking for?
The Financialist is seeking an individual who swears by "Stay Hungry Stay Foolish" and comes up with innovative solutions. You'll be part of the management training program and will work in multiple business verticals.Job Description:
The role of Management Trainee involves contributing to multiple business verticals. This role will be for 6-9 months. These verticals include the following:- Insurance advisory- Home loan advisory- Wealth advisory- Founder's officePost the management training period, the Trainee will start working in one or two verticals.Tasks encompass administrative duties, market research, identifying growth opportunities, loan advisory, insurance advisory, and aspects of wealth management. Throughout this journey, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow, gaining valuable insights from industry leaders and the startup ecosystem. This position is suited for a highly organized and motivated individual seeking dynamic learning experience.Role and Responsibilities:
- Meeting (online) with clients.- Offering specialized financial guidance and advice.- Completing financial needs analyses.- Creating and explaining customized plans.- Offer advisory related to the products in depth- life, health, motor, travel, other retail insurance offerings, home loan traditional, home loan OD saver, and other financial productsRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or similar- Strong number crunching skills to decomplex financial products-- Strong verbal and written communication skills- A professional appearance- On-going training in the latest products and benefits- Attendance at product launches and seminars- Working Knowledge in MS Office (Excel & PPT)-Critical traits:
- Communication- listening and articulation skills- Hinglish is mandatory language- Attention to detail- Ability to work both- independently (individual projects) and in collaboration with teams- Time management skills- Go Getter attitude- Mindset- disagree but commitWhat to expect in return?
