With our expansion into motor insurance, we are looking for a driven and experienced Motor Insurance Agent to be part of our growth journey. What You’ll Do Generate motor insurance leads via networking, referrals, cold calls, and digital platforms. Assess customer needs and recommend the most suitable policies from multiple insurers. Liaise with insurance companies for quotes, applications, and policy issuance. Manage renewals, endorsements, and claims support for clients. Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Meet and exceed monthly sales & revenue targets. What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience in motor insurance sales (mandatory). Proven experience as a Motor Insurance Agent / Advisor (General Insurance). Valid IRDAI license for general insurance (mandatory). Strong knowledge of motor insurance products, pricing, and claims process. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. A self-starter who is target-driven and result-oriented.
