Job Location: Borivali west Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Generate motor insurance leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, and digital channels. Understand customers’ vehicle insurance needs and suggest the best policy options from multiple insurers. Coordinate with insurance companies to provide quotes, process applications, and ensure timely policy issuance. Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and claim assistance for customers. Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Requirements: Proven experience as a motor insurance agent / advisor (General Insurance). IRDAI license for general insurance (mandatory). Good knowledge of motor insurance products, pricing, and claim processes. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
