In this part-time role based in Kolkata, you will take on the position of an Agency Team Leader / Insurance Consultant. As the Agency Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in steering your team towards achieving sales targets, offering guidance and support to team members, devising strategic plans to propel business growth, and facilitating seamless communication within the team and with clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting daily performance analysis, motivating and mentoring team members, and formulating strategies to enhance customer service and meet organizational objectives. To excel in this role, you should possess strong team leadership and communication skills, along with a background in consulting and strategic planning. Your analytical acumen will be crucial in evaluating team performance and identifying areas for improvement. As this position requires on-site presence in Kolkata as an integral part of our dynamic team, prior experience in the insurance industry would be advantageous.
