Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Advisor based in Ernakulam. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for understanding client needs, recommending suitable insurance policies, and providing expert financial consulting services. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining strong client relationships, assisting with insurance policy selections, and delivering excellent customer service while ensuring financial planning support. The Advisor will also contribute to sales and business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance and Finance concepts, with the ability to recommend suitable products tailored to client requirements
• Consulting skills to provide expert financial guidance and solutions to customers
• Strong Customer Service expertise, including the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets and deadlines
• Knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
