Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Guwahati for an Insurance Advisor at Life Insurance Corporation of India - LIC. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for identifying potential clients, analyzing their insurance and financial needs, and providing suitable recommendations. Daily tasks will include building and maintaining client relationships, preparing insurance plans, and ensuring excellent customer service to achieve individual and company objectives.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Insurance and Finance domains, with an understanding of products and policies.
Strong Consulting skills with the ability to assess client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities, including interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred qualifications: Prior experience in insurance or finance-related roles and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field or fresh passed above 18 years of age.
