Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajahmundry for an Insurance Advisor. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for understanding and analyzing clients’ financial and insurance needs, offering tailored insurance products, and providing consultations with a focus on excellent customer service. Daily tasks include meeting potential and existing clients, discussing policy options, conducting financial assessments, and ensuring a seamless client experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance and Finance-related knowledge
• Previous experience in or aptitude for Consulting and Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to build long-term relationships and trust with clients
• Proactive attitude with problem-solving and negotiation capabilities
• Background or certification in Finance, Business, or related fields is advantageous
• Prior experience in the insurance sector is a plus
