Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Raipur for the position of Insurance Advisor. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for understanding customer needs, suggesting appropriate insurance and financial solutions, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily activities include analyzing insurance products, offering consultation, and ensuring seamless experiences for clients through direct engagement. The role requires maintaining detailed records, achieving sales targets, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Experience or ability in Insurance and Finance domains
• Consulting expertise with a focus on tailored solutions
• Strong Customer Service and client relationship management skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Sales acumen and target-oriented mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• Knowledge of regional market dynamics in Raipur preferred
