We are urgently looking for a Instrumentation & Elxecutive for our Mahad Site, the details are as follows -

Job Location:- Additional MIDC 2, Mahad, Raigad.

Job responsibilities

• Instrumentation Engineers specialize in developing, and maintaining instruments and control systems used in industrial processes.
• Preventive maintenance & suggest remedial measures as required for PLC, DCS, Flow meter, pressure transmitter, flow switches, On-Off actuated valve, control valves.
• Spares & consumables - identification of Critical spares & availability of same at site, issue of spares/ consumables. Raise PR with necessary tech. specification, discussion with vender.
• Inspection of spare / consumables received at store, update deviation to Purchase if any.
• To support Process, EHS, Electrical & Mechanical Team as required by keeping close coordination.
• To support compliance of ISO - 9001-2015, 14001-2015 & 45001-2018 documents
• Manpower planning & it's efficient utilization and training need identification.
• Prepare & update equipment list on regular basis & Prepare & maintain Equipment history card of all instruments .
• To ensure the accuracy and reliability of measurements and controls of instruments
• Evaluating Equipment Performance on regular basis & suggest necessary Enhancing & energy conservation assignment.
• Support the calibration and maintenance of instrumentation equipment to ensure accurate readings and optimal performance.
• Contribute to the analysis of data collected from instrumentation systems to inform decision-making and improve system performance.
• Hands on knowledge about DCS system, Yokogawa prefer.

Qualification - Degree in Instrumentation & Control

Accountability (OHSAS)

Thorough Knowledge in Maintenance, Testing & Calibration of field instruments. Also, hands on experience of Programing, communication, graphic builder & configuration of PLC, SCADA & DCS system as per OEM Recommendation by ensuring good engg. practice / Standards.
