Instrumentation & Utility Systems:
Perform regular inspection, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of instruments and control systems associated with:
Steam Boilers pressure, temperature, water level, safety interlocks.
Cooling Towers – fan controls, temperature sensors, water level indicators.
Compressed Air Systems – pressure sensors, flow monitoring, safety shutdown systems.
Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) – pH meters, level sensors, flow meters, and automation panels.
Borewell Systems – level sensors, automatic starters, and pressure switches.
Heat Presses – temperature control systems, timers, safety interlocks.
Information Technology Support:
Ensure server maintenance, system backups, and disaster recovery protocols.
Maintain and monitor firewall configurations and network security in coordination with IT vendors.
Oversee CCTV system operations – camera placement, health checks, and storage management.
Provide frontline troubleshooting for minor IT hardware/software issues in coordination with the central IT team.
