JD:

Hands-on experience with
Yokogawa (CENTUM VP)
and
Emerson DeltaV
DCS systems
Exposure to
IMCC (Intelligent Motor Control Centers)
configuration & programming
Proficient in
DCS configuration, programming, and troubleshooting
Field experience with
smart instruments
(HART, FF) installation, calibration, diagnostics
Knowledge of
communication protocols
(Modbus, Profibus, FF, Ethernet/IP)
Skilled in
loop checking, PID tuning
, and
control valve diagnostics
Experience with
SAP
PR/PO (MM module) and
PM module
for maintenance tracking
Strong in
instrumentation documentation
(loop diagrams, C&E, instrument index)
Familiar with
PSM, SIL, LOTO
, and other
safety compliance
procedures
Maintenance experience with
preventive, predictive
and
corrective
methods
Minimum 4 to 7 years in
process industries
(Chemical or equivalent
