Instrumentation Engineer

Role Overview: As an Instrumentation Engineer at Balaji Amines, you will play a crucial role in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting DCS panels, DG Sets, Transformers, and field instruments. Your responsibilities will include supervising day-to-day instrumentation and control maintenance activities, performing preventive and breakdown maintenance for all instrumentation and electrical systems, carrying out Root Cause Analysis for failures, and implementing corrective actions. You will also be responsible for maintaining and calibrating instruments like control valves, transmitters, Weighing Machines, flow/level/pressure/temperature meters, executing plant start-up, shutdown, and handling emergencies independently, preparing and maintaining SOPs for instrument calibration and maintenance, and ensuring compliance with legal metrology and licensing related to plant instruments.
