Instrumentation Engineer

As an Instrumentation Engineer at Balaji Amines, you will play a crucial role in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting DCS panels, DG Sets, Transformers, and field instruments. Your responsibilities will include supervising day-to-day instrumentation and control maintenance activities, performing preventive and breakdown maintenance for all instrumentation and electrical systems, and carrying out Root Cause Analysis for failures to implement corrective actions. You will be responsible for maintaining and calibrating instruments such as control valves, transmitters, weighing machines, and flow/level/pressure/temperature meters. Additionally, you will be expected to execute plant start-up, shutdown, and handle emergencies independently while ensuring compliance with legal metrology and licensing related to plant instruments.
