Job Title: Instrumentation Design Engineer (Junior & Senior)

Job Summary

Instrumentation Design Engineers

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review

  Instrumentation deliverables

  : IO List, Instrument Index, P&IDs, Hook-up drawings, JB schedules, Cable Schedules, and Cable Tray layouts.
• Prepare and validate

  SP3D and E3D instrumentation models

  , including instrument location plans and cable routing.
• Interpret and implement

  project specifications, standards, and client requirements

  .
• Coordinate with process, electrical, mechanical, and civil teams for interface management.
• Perform

  vendor document reviews

  and ensure compliance with design requirements.
• Support

  site surveys, FAT/SAT, and commissioning

  activities as needed.
• Mentor junior engineers (for senior roles) and ensure quality deliverables within schedule.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics, or related discipline

  .

• 59 years

  (Junior) or

  1014 years

  (Senior) of relevant experience in instrumentation design.
• Proficiency in:

• IO List, P&ID, Hook-up drawings, JB schedules

• SP3D / E3D modeling tools

• Cable tray routing and layout design

• Experience in

  offshore oil & gas projects

  is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with

  international codes and standards

  (IEC, ISA, API, etc.).
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience

• Offshore platform design (FPSO, fixed platforms, etc.)
• Exposure to

  hazardous area classification

  and

  instrumentation for Ex-rated zones

• Working knowledge of

  SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI/INtools)

  is a plus.
