Description

The Instrument Method Engineer will be responsible for developing and validating analytical methods for various instrumentation applications. This role requires a strong background in analytical chemistry and instrumentation, with a focus on ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

Develop and validate analytical methods for instrumentation used in various projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to instrumentation and analytical methods.
Prepare and review technical documentation, including method validation reports, SOPs, and protocols.
Conduct training sessions for junior engineers and laboratory staff on instrumentation techniques and methods.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in method development and validation for analytical instrumentation.
Strong knowledge of chromatographic techniques (HPLC, GC) and spectroscopic methods (UV-Vis, IR, NMR).
Experience with data analysis software and statistical tools for method validation.
Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (such as ICH, FDA) and quality assurance processes.
