Instructional Designer

As an Instructional Designer within the Learning and Development (L&D) team at Zelis, your primary responsibility will involve designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating the impact of comprehensive learning initiatives. Your focus will be on aligning these programs with Zelis" business objectives and fostering a culture that integrates best practices in adult learning, organizational learning, and leadership development. By leveraging stakeholder input and audience insights, you will be tasked with crafting innovative, evidence-based learning solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
