Instructional Designer - Lead

Greetings from Access healthcare !!!! We are looking for a certified Instructional Designer with a strong background in Learning & Development (L&D) to design and develop effective learning experiences. The main goal is to transform existing training materials into eLearning modules and assist the Training Manager in creating new modules. Experience Required - 3 to 6 year Location - Ambattur Estate, Chennai Certification - Instructional Designer Roles & Responsibilities: Implement ID Frameworks: Utilize models like ADDIE, Agile, ARCS, etc. Collaborate: Work with the F&A Training Manager and Operations Managers to gather base training materials. Articulation and Storyboarding: Develop storyboards based on training materials. eLearning Module Management: Upload modules, including assessments, to the internal LMS. Project Management: Adhere to deadlines and launch modules according to the project plan. Reporting: Generate and publish course completion reports to the leadership team. Module Maintenance: Regularly analyze and update eLearning modules. Gamification: Design and implement gamification concepts for F&A accounts. Microlearning: Create content focused on microlearning. Technical Coordination: Work with the LMS technical team to resolve user-reported issues. Essential Skills / Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelors or masters degree, preferably in HR and L&D. Certification: Certified ID professional with 3-6 years of experience in implementing ID frameworks and elearning modules creation. Storyboarding and Visual Design: Strong knowledge and experience in these areas. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Articulate Storyline and publishing options like SCORM. Industry Experience: Experience in the F&A industry.
