Job Description

Instructional Design [T&O] Must - Skills - Experience in using rapid development tools (e.g. Articulate Studio, Storyline, Captivate, Storyboard and Camtasia ) and working with learning platforms such as LMS s (e.g., Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD), SuccessFactors, SumTotal) and LXPs (e.g., Degreed, Edcast, Fuse Universal, Percipio, Area9) is an additional advantage. Proven experience in content development and instructional designing. Extensive experience in developing, reviewing and delivering different training modalities like Instructor-Led Trainings (ILTs), Web-Based Trainings (WBTs), LMS (learning Management System )application simulations, job aids, and quick reference guides. Qualification - Graduate/Post Graduate in any specialization, preferably Journalism / Mass Communication / English Literature /Advertising / Public Relations Qualifications: Education- Graduate/Post Graduate preferable with Background in HR/Learning Professional Background - Desirable - MA/Diploma in Instructional Design or MA in Learning Sciences, MBA, PMP certification Exp - 5-8 yrs If interested, please send me a copy of your resume along with the following details ASAP.
