Job Description

Job Title: Installation Executive

Educational Qualification: Engineering Graduate

Experience: Minimum 4 years in Industrial operations/plant or sales/marketing of Engineering goods.

Fluent in English and Hindi

Self-starter, ability to network effectively with Director level client interface

Passion towards energy sustainability and quick learner

Ability to analyse challenges in product performance and support post sales issues of products.

Positive attitude

Travel: 90%

Reporting Manager: Installation Head

Job Responsibilities:

· Interact with clients/customers to explain the products considering the design and usage advantages and benefits.

· Review and Analysis of the customer requirements and identifying the products required by the customer and issuance of the quotation.

· Ensure that Purchase Orders are received on the approved products from the clients.

· Coordinate the product installation activities at client locations with a shared services team and installation team.

· Prepare performance reports on the products for presentation to upper administration.

· Ensure that the installation team follows safety, health and business laws and regulations.

· Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance.

· Monitoring of the product performance after sales and providing the post-sale service.

· Schedule the periodic product maintenance activities to ensure the timely support to customers. Communication pre-installation requirements to customer / client.

· Installation of the products as per the installation manuals and demonstration of the safety, maintenance, and operation procedures to customer / client representatives.

· Documentation of installation, operation and maintenance checklists and issuance of documents to customers.

· Ensure installation kits are available all the time.

· Troubleshooting problems with existing equipment.

· Providing customers with verbal and written operating instructions for new equipment.

· Provide feedback on the installation challenges related to products and support required if any to Managing Director

· Generation of invoice for the installation, repair and maintenance services.

· Ensure the maintenance contracts are executed in a timely manner and adhered as per the schedule.

· Travel to customer / client location for installation activities.

· Ensure the availability of components / parts to be installed at customer locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
