Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Perform broadband installation, router configuration, and connection testing at customer premises. Handle fiber (FTTH) / LAN cable connections, splicing, and ONT device setup. Conduct site surveys and ensure installations meet company quality standards. Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues during or after installation. Maintain accurate records of daily installations and service calls. Coordinate with the backend and network teams for smooth service activation. Educate customers about broadband usage and basic troubleshooting. Ensure safety and compliance during all installation activities. Required Skills & Qualifications : Knowledge of broadband, fiber optics (FTTH), and basic networking concepts. Hands-on experience with routers, ONT, and Wi-Fi configuration. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage field operations. Willingness to travel and work on-site. Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
