Requirements

Strong
Instagram editing & reel-making experience
Excellent sense of trends, transitions, hooks & music
Comfortable with tools like CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro or similar
Understanding of nightlife / event content
Reliable, deadline-driven & creative

Must Have

A well-curated personal Instagram profile
Proven reel performance (views, engagement, storytelling)
