Instagram Manager

As an Instagram Marketing Specialist at Orane Beauty Academy, you will be a key player in driving engagement, growing followers, and generating leads on the Instagram platform. Your expertise in Instagram tools and strategies will be crucial in achieving business objectives through innovative content creation and utilization of all Instagram features effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to achieve a 10X growth in Instagram followers. You will stay updated on industry trends and best practices to attract a targeted audience while managing a content calendar that highlights unique, creative, and competitive content aligned with the brand's voice. Crafting visually appealing posts, stories, reels, and IGTV videos will be essential to differentiate from competitors and meet brand objectives. Engagement and interaction with followers will be a key focus, utilizing Instagram features like polls, Q&A, live videos, and stickers to drive engagement. Your prompt responses to comments and messages will foster meaningful interactions and community discussions to build a loyal follower base. Additionally, you will design strategies for organic lead generation, identify collaboration opportunities, and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement. To excel in this role, you must possess proven expertise in Instagram marketing, a solid understanding of Instagram algorithms and features, creativity in content creation, excellent communication skills, and experience in utilizing performance data for decision-making.
